摘要
科技创新与新农村城镇化进程紧密相关,科技创新的核心在于改变传统农村的产业形态,使"三农"发生根本的变化。通过相关数据的考察研究,科技创新与新农村城镇化进程之间呈正相关关系,而且,科技创新对于新农村城镇化进程具有重要的推动作用,研究过程中提出了相应的政策建议,即通过科技创新推动城镇化步伐,并且通过专项技术难题突破,增加新农村建设的科技投入,普及科技创新知识,培养科技创新人才等有效政策,快速推进新农村城镇化进程。
Science and technology innovation is closely related to new rural urbanization process.The core of the innovation lies in changing traditional rural industry forms,which makes fundamental changes of Sannong（agriculture,farmers and rural areas）.Through investigation to the relevant data,we study the positive correlation between innovation of science and technology and new rural urbanization,and find that the innovation for new rural urbanization plays an important role in the process.Then we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,such as making breakthrough in special technical problems,increasing investment in science and technology for new rural construction,popularizing knowledge of science and technology innovation,and cultivating talents of science and technology innovation.
