摘要
科技创新政策对增长方式转变具有外在的集约性作用、内在的倍加性作用和关键性作用。通过优化科技创新政策推动增长方式转变 ,必须满足人口、资源。
The new policy of the innovation of science and technology has the effect of external quality improvement,internal double and crucial importance on the changes of growth ways.In order to develop the changes of growth ways by the new policy of science innovation ,we should suit the needs of coordinate development and effective disposal of population,resources and environment.
