摘要
当前,大学生结构性失业问题日益严重,其原因主要包括当下的经济结构变化造成供给与需求错位、高校的专业课程设置不合理以及大学生未树立正确的择业观与就业观等。要想改善大学生结构性失业的现况,需要国家、高校以及大学生等社会多方面共同调整、改革。因此,对当下大学生结构性失业现状、原因进行分析,并提出适当的解决对策,能够有效地解决大学生就业难与社会需求空缺并存的问题。
Currently, undergraduates structural unemployment is worsening, mainly due to current changes in economic structure caused by the dislocation of supply and demand, the unreasonable university curriculum and a correct concept of career and employment outlook from the university students. In order to improve the current status of the students of structural unemployment, we need the country, the college, the university students and other social aspects to adjust and reform. Therefore, the article will especially analyze the status and causes of structural unemployment about undergraduates in order to effectively solve the problem of the coexistence of graduate employment and social needs of vacancies.
