摘要
高职院校是培养高技能人才的基地,为了实现学生技能提高这个目标,就要通过老师的言传身教和学生自身的努力实践。文章就如何培养"双师型"教师提出相应的对策,再通过教师的技能传授和一整套实践体系对学生进行实训和社会实践,以达到提高技能的目的。
Vocational colleges are to train highly skilled talent base. To improve this goal, it is necessary toachieve the skills of students through the teacher＇s words and deeds and students＇ efforts. This article centres on how to cultivate the“Double Type” teachers, including appropriate countermeasures, training and social practice through the skills of teachers and a set of practical system, in order to achieve the purpose of improving skills.
