卵泡刺激素对鸡体脂代谢影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验通过对北京油鸡皮下注射羊卵泡刺激素和鸡卵泡刺激素,研究卵泡刺激素对体脂代谢的影响。结果表明:注射羊卵泡刺激素组相较于对照组体重及腹脂率差异均不显著;注射鸡卵泡刺激素组母鸡体重及腹脂率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而公鸡的腹脂率差异不显著,结果表明卵泡刺激素对脂肪沉积作用可能存在性别差异;试验组母鸡胸肌中甘油三酯的含量及胸肌中肌内脂肪相关基因心脏型脂肪酸合成蛋白(H-FABP)基因表达量都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),表明卵泡刺激素不但促进腹脂沉积,还可能促进胸肌肌内脂肪的沉积,为下一步深入研究肌内脂肪形成分子机制奠定基础。 The aim of thispaper was to find out the effect of follicle-stimulating hormone ~FSH) on the lipid metabolism of chicken after FSH of sheep and chicken were subcutaneously injected to Beijing-you chicken. It was observed that live body weight and the ratio of abdominal fat had no significant differences between sheep FSH injected group and control group,but they were significantly higher in chicken FSH injected group (P〈0.05). The ratio of abdominal fat had no significant differences between injected male chicken FSH group and control group. The results implied that the outcome of FSH on fat deposition might be the consequent of gender effect. Triglyceride and the expression abundance of heart fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP) in breast muscle were significantly higher in chicken FSH injected group than in control group. These results indicate that FSH might not only promote fat deposition but also increase the deposition of intramuscular fat in breast (P〈0.05). This experiment built a foundation for further study that molecular mechanism of intramuscular fat formation.
