摘要
为探讨ARF的治疗经验 ,对 2 0 0例采用综合治疗和腹膜透析治疗 ,并进行随访。结果发现 2 0 0例ARF117例 ( 58 5% )治愈 ,好转脱离透析 4例 ( 2 % ) ,改血透 2例 ( 1% ) ,正在腹透 6例 ( 3 0 % ) ,自动出院 9例( 4 5% ) ,死亡 62例 ( 31% )。显示腹膜透析是治疗ARF有效方法之一。
In this paper,we discussed the therapeutic experiences of acute renal failure (ARF).Two-handred patients with ARF were treated with both comprehensive therapy and peritoneal dialysis (PD).All patients were followed up.The results showed that 177 patients of them were cured (58.5%),ARF symptom of four patients were remitting(2%),their PD treatment stopped,two patients were turned into the hemodialysis treatment(1%),six patients with ARF still maintained PD treatment (3.0%),nine patients discharged automatical(4.5%),other six patients with ARF died.These data suggest that the PD is one of effective therapeutic measures for the patients with ARF.
