摘要
目的探讨血液净化治疗急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的疗效。方法51例不同病因所致的ARF患者行每周2次至每天1次的血液净化治疗,根据病情不同选用不同的血液净化方式。结果治愈23例,好转脱离透析5例,好转后转外院治疗1例,转慢性透析1例,放弃治疗4例,死亡17例。结论对ARF患者早期行血液净化治疗,并根据病情需要采用合适的血液净化方式,有利于提高治愈率,减少死亡率。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of blood purification on acute renal failure（ARF）. Methods According to the state of illness, 51 patients were treated by various blood purification methods, from twice a week to once a day. Results 23 cases were cured, 5 cases were improved and needn＇t dialysis any longer, 1 case went to other hospital when getting better, 1 need chronic dialysis, 4 cases gave up therapy, 17case died. Conclusions The early suitable blood purification is helpful for ARF patients to increase the cured rate and lessen the mortality rate according to the state of an illness.
