摘要
档案价值是档案学研究领域中一直被人们所关注的问题,它既是一个重要的基础理论课题也是一个颇具实践意义的课题。有人把档案价值问题归入档案业务管理活动,作为一个业务问题加以研究,并诉诸经验,认为它是一个经验性很强的问题;有人把它作为一个档案哲学层面的问题来探究,究其产生(发生)之根源和本质;还有人将其看成是一个取舍(选择)哪些文件或职能活动记录(文件)的问题。这充分说明档案价值问题研究的复杂性、多元性和重要性。本文从现实的档案业务管理角度出发,运用方法论知识,阐释了档案的相对价值,并基于对档案相对价值的认识,做出了一系列的理论探讨和方法归纳。
Records value is an important topic with more attention in the basic theory of modern archival science and records management practice.It has been studied from different perspectives： some consider it as a business activity and connect it with the working experience;some consider it as a question of the archival philosophy and focus on the origin and essence of the records value; other consider it equal to the selection of documents or business records. This situation proves that： the study of records value is a so- phisticated,diversified and important work. The authors explore the concept of records relative value from the real records and archives management work. Based on scientific researches,the authors show a series of thoughts and methods about how to appraise the records relative value.
