摘要
本文旨在数字转型背景下,构建一套国家数字档案资源建设评估指标体系。文章综合分析了国内外数字档案资源建设相关评估指标体系的研究现状和存在问题。在档案多元论的指导下,通过分析借鉴数字档案资源建设相关评估指标体系研究,构建了一套国家数字档案资源建设评估指标体系,并通过访谈和问卷调查,对评估指标体系进行了初步验证。
The purpose of this paper is to establish an assessment indicator system for national digital ar- chival resource construction in digital transition context. It takes a comprehensive analysis of the construc- tion of digital archival resources at home and abroad and the relevant studies on the assessment indicator system of status and problems. Under the guidance of archival pluralism, by analyzing and referencing as- sessment indicator system related to digital archival resources construction, an assessment indicator system for national digital archival resources construction is created, and the evaluation system is preliminarily verified through interviews and questionnaires.
