摘要
为了更加广泛的开辟新原料,快速、准确、方便、经济的确定合理的配方,作者提出一种简捷易行的试营初筛新方法。该方法所需设备大大减少,成本大大降低,并具有科研和生产的多种用途,值得推广。作者用该方法对洒糟栽培平菇的最适配方进行了研究。鲜洒糟酸度大,透气性差,易结块,单独用作平菇的培养料不十分理想。我们采用增加石灰粉用量来调节酸度,添加一定配比的杂木屑以调整透气性和碳氮比,结果发现鲜洒糟与杂木屑的配比以31效果最佳。
In opening up more broadly the new raw materials,and also determining therational prescription quickly; precisly;conveniently dan economically, the authorputs forward a simple sieve method. This method needs Less equipments andt husgreatly decrases the cost. And it also posses the multi-use in scientific researchand production. By using this method, the wicter Made a Research on the bestprescriptionusing distiller's grain in cultivating. For the fvesh distiller's grain, it is highin, acidity poor in ventilation, and also easy to agglomerate. It is not soideal to use it independently as the culture material for. We adjust the acidity by increasing the lime, improve the ventilation andadjust the proportion of carbon and Nitrogen by adding regular proportion ofsawdust. The research finds that the best proportion of frest distller's grainand saw-dust is 3:1.
