摘要
胞外多聚物(Extracellular Polymeric Substances,EPS)的结构和理化性质在废水处理中有着重要作用,是目前废水处理研究的热点之一。EPS的主要来自于细胞新陈代谢所分泌,主要由蛋白质、多糖和核酸等组成。文章在综述了EPS的结构、组成等特性的基础上,对常用的提取方式和分析方法也进行了综述,对EPS提取方法的标准化和分析方法进行了展望。
Extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) had an important influence on the removal of pollutant in the wastewater because of its special structure and properties. Nowadays, the study of EPS became a hot research field. EPS came from bacteria metabolism, and most of EPS consisted of proteins, polysaceharides and nucleic. Based on the compo- nents, characteristics and properties of EPS, methods for the EPS extraction and its composition and property analysis were reviewed. The standardization of EPS extraction method and the prograss of analyzing methods were prospected.
