摘要
通过设计辅助工具方法及简化锻造工序对原有超大筒节锻件工艺进行改进,将原来锻造6火次出成品的锻造工艺改为4火次出成品,在确保产品质量的同时,有效的降低锻造生产成本,提高锻造生产效率。
The original forging process for large shell ring forging was improved through the methods of designing aid tools and simplifying forging process, that is, the original forging process of 6 ftre times was instead of that of 4 fire times. The improved forging process can ensure product quality, reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
