一氧化氮合酶在结肠腺癌中的表达及其与血管形成的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过检测结肠腺癌组织中iNOS、eNOS和CD34的表达,探讨NOS与结肠腺癌血管形成的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学SP法检测iNOS、eNOS和CD34在结肠癌不同病理分期中的表达,并观察其与肿瘤微血管密度的关系。结果:iNOS阳性率56.7%;eNOS阳性率53.3%;在结肠癌不同病理分期中,两种NOS表达具有差异性(P<0.05),同时微血管密度亦有差异(P<O.05),尤其是Dukes A期与Dukes C期相比较有显著差异性(P<0.01);eNOS阳性组中,NVD为40.9±6.21,阴性组中为29.8±8.27,二者相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:结肠腺癌组织中iNOS、eNOS的表达与分期密切相关,对肿瘤的侵袭、生长起促进作用,内皮型NOS可能是促进肿瘤血管形成的主要参与者。 Objective: To investigate the expression of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in clolon adenocarcinoma and correlation with tumor angiogenesis.Methods: The iNOS, eNOS and CD34 of 30 cases of colon adenocarcinoma were detected by immunohisto-chemical SP method,and the correlation between the expression rates and microvessel density( MVD) was observed. Results: The ex-pression rates of iNOS and eNOS were 56.7% and 53.3% respectively .There were significant difference between Dukes A、Dukes B and Dukes C cases. The expression of eNOS was significant associated with tumor angiogenesis.Conclusion: The expression of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in colon adenocarcinoma was related to stage and promote tumor growth invasion. The expression of eNOS may contribute to the tumor angiogenesis.
