摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的护理疗效。方法选取空军总医院2010年10月～2012年5月收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者57例,随机分为两组,采用常规护理患者28例为对照组,采用护理干预患者29例为观察组,术后随访6个月。比较两组患者的临床指征、术后疼痛缓解情况、并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间[(21.3±5.6)min]、术中出血量[(7.4±2.0)mL]、下床活动时间[(1.5±0.4)d]、住院时间[(5.8±1.6)d]均明显小于对照组[(25.1±6.4)min、(8.9±2.3)mL、(1.8±0.6)d、(7.1±1.9)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛缓解情况[100.0%(29/29)]明显好于对照组[85.7%(24/28)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率[3.4%(1/29)]低于对照组[14.3%(4/29)],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折过程中,有效的护理干预可以明显缓解患者的疼痛,减少创伤,缩短治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture （OVCF）. Methods 57 patients with OVCF in Air Force General Hospitalof PLA from October 2010 to May 2012were selected. They were divided into two groups, the conventional care was used in 28 cases of control group, whereas nursing intervention was applied in 29 patients of observation group. All had been followed up for 6 months. The clinical indications, pain relief after operation and complications were compared and analyzed. Results The average operation time [（21.3±5.6）min[, average blood loss [（7A±2.0）mL], activity time [（1.5＋ 0.4）d], hospital stays [（5.8±1.6）d] in observation group were lower than those in control group [（25.1±6.4）min, （8.9± 2.3）mL,（1.8±0.6）d, （7.1±1.9）d], the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The status of pain relief of observation [100.0%（29/29）] was better than that in control group [85.7%（24/28）], the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The occurrence rate of complication in observation group [3.4%（ 1/29）] was lower than that in con trol group [14.3% （4/29）], the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing intervention can obviously relieve the pain, reduce trauma, shorten the treatment time and reduce the complications. It had excellent clinical effect and is worthy of promotion.
