经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效。方法2006年9月-2008年9月采用经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折16例共20个椎体,在C臂X线机监视下,经皮经双侧椎弓根穿刺压缩椎体,球囊扩张复位,空腔内推注骨水泥。结果16例患者20个椎体手术均取得成功,未出现神经损害、骨水泥外渗和肺栓塞等严重并发症,疼痛完全缓解。术后随访6~18个月,平均9.7个月,压缩椎体高度恢复满意,后凸畸形Cobb角较术前有显著改善。结论经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗疼痛性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折操作简单、安全,能迅速缓解疼痛,并能恢复脊柱序列。
