摘要
采用文献研究、实地访谈、案例分析等研究方法,从校企合作对象、学校与企业的关系、校企合作模式3方面对广东高职校企合作成功模式进行了总结,并对校企股份制合作等创新模式进行了展望。研究结果对促进高职院校完善校企合作制度、探索校企合作路径提供有益的经验,为国内高职院校开展校企合作模式创新指明方向。
By using the method of literature research, interviews, case analysis, from the school-enterprise cooperation object, the relationship between schools and enterprises, school-enterprise cooperation mode aspects, the success Guangdong vocational school- enterprise cooperation models are summarized, and the joint-stock cooperation and others innovation modes in the future are outlook. The research results provide useful experience for perfecting the system of vocational school-enterprise cooperation and exploring the schoolenterprise cooperation path, and point out the direction for innovation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode for the domestic higher vocational colleges.
