摘要
地理国情监测,是新时期经济社会发展对测绘地理信息工作的新需求、新要求,是测绘地理信息部门主动服务科学发展的重要职责和战略任务。作为一项全新的工作,建立地理国情监测工作体制机制,是促进该项工作业务化、规范化、常态化发展的重要保障。本文从地理国情监测业务体系、产品体系与服务模式、分工协作机制、法规政策等方面,探讨地理国情监测体制机制建设问题,并提出对策措施建议。
National geographic condition monitoring is the new demand and requirement of economic and social development for National Administration of Surveying,Mapping and Geoinformation of China in the new era; it is also the important duty and strategic task of mapping geographic information sectors providing active services for scientific development. As a new work,establishing the system and mechanisms of national geographic conditions monitoring ~ is an important guarantee to pro-mote the work for business,standardization,and normalization development. In this paper,the system and mechanism construc-tion of national geographic condition monitoring, including the business system, product system, service model, division of labor cooperation mechanism, as well as the related regulations and policies, were discussed, and the relevant measures are suggested.
