摘要
发展社区医疗系统是我国医疗卫生体制改革的一个新政策。照此思路 ,医疗器械的发展也应该有计划地满足社区医疗系统中全科医生的需求。为此 ,讨论了社区医疗的概念和目的 ,并介绍了为适应此需求而研制的一种新的系统———社区医生助手系统。该系统可以测量多通道生理参数 ,将采集到的所有信息储存入数据库进行处理。它可以帮助社区医生较容易地判断和分析病人的健康状况。通过电讯系统 ,社区医生助手可以使社区诊所医生和医院专家们共同讨论病情 。
The development of communigy health care system is a new policy in health care system reform of our country.Along with this reform,the medical instruments designed for community health care is needed to support the general practitioner.Under such a background,the definition and the purpose of community health care are discussed.To fulfill the task of community health care,a novel system called assistant of general practitioner has been developed and presented in this paper.This system is able to measure multi channel physiological parameters.All data obtained with this system will be saved in a digital form and managed by a database.Which makes general practitioner evaluate and analyze the individual′s healthy status easily. The telecommunication function provided by this system enables the community clinics consulting with the medical expert in the hospitals as well as transfers the medical records to the hospital when sending the patient to the hospital for further diagnostics or treatment.
