摘要 以实现人人享受医疗为目标,建立社区医疗网络系统,将成为远程医疗发展的新趋势。根据SIP协议的特点设计了一套社区医疗网络系统,可实现对社区居民的远程监护、远程教育,并可进行远程会诊,使得社区中的病人特别是慢性病患者和老年人在家中便可接受医师的指导和治疗。系统已在济南某社区试运行,达到了期望的效果。 To achieve the goal of health for everybody, constructing the community medical network system has been a new trend of telemedicine. This paper puts forward a riew project and its realization for the community medical network system based upon Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The community medical network systems designed with SIP can be used for tele-monitoring,tele- education and tele- consultation for communities. Using the network designed in this paper, the patients,especially the elderly and those with chronic disesases,can be treated and guided at home by the physician. The system has been in trial operation in a community of Jinan,that the desired effect has been reached.
