奥曲肽联合七叶皂苷钠治疗粘连性肠梗阻的效果被引量：1

摘要目的利用先进的医学技术与医疗设备对奥曲肽联合七叶皂苷钠治疗粘连性肠梗阻疾病的治疗效果进行有效性研究。方法我院2010年5月至2012年4月收治的粘连性肠梗阻患者中选取100例,随机将其划分成对照组与观察组,其中每一组各有50例。对于对照组的治疗,需要采取胃肠减压、禁食等一些常规性的保守治疗方法,而对于观察组的治疗则采取先常规性保守治疗,后利用奥曲肽联合七叶皂苷钠进行治疗,治疗时间为一周。结果对照组的患者有35例患者治愈,有15例患者采取中转手术的方式进行治疗。观察组的患者有45例患者治愈,有5例患者采取中转手术的方式进行治疗。结论利用奥曲肽联合七叶皂苷钠治疗粘连性肠梗阻疾病的临床效果很好。
