摘要
大学生就业是社会关注的焦点,随着研究生扩招和市场竞争的激烈化,研究生就业也面临着前所未有的严峻考验。如何引导硕士毕业生树立正确的择业和就业观念是研究生就业指导工作的核心问题。思想政治教育作为高校解决思想问题的有效途径同样也能为就业指导工作提供思想保障。因此,在工科研究生就业指导工作中渗透思想政治教育能够有效地解决研究生就业过程出现的各种问题,帮助学生充分就业。
