摘要
介绍一种输出电流误差小的数字合成式恒流源电路,能实现输出电流从1mA~3A范围内进行预置和步进,步长为±1mA,采用光电耦合器对输出电流进行控制。其控制速度快,可靠性高,便于集成化生产,整个系统用单片机进行控制,输出电流数显。
This article introduces a digital synthesis type constant current source circuit with small systematic error output current, which can preset and step the output current from 1 mA to 3 A and, step length is +1mA , the output current is controlled by photoe- lectric couplers. Its features are the speed control, high reliability and easy to integrate production; the whole system is controlled by single chip and the output current is digitally displayed.
