摘要
:利用光学显微镜技术和组织化学方法研究 1 5科 2 9种 2变种温带树木中的营养贮藏蛋白质 ( VSPs)的分布和形态。结果表明 ,VSPs在树木中的分布可分为 VSPs丰富、贫乏和缺乏 3种类型。同时 ,VSPs有多种形态 ,大致可分为蛋白体状、颗粒状和絮状 3种 ,这些形态的VSPs存在于不同的树木中或同一树种的不同细胞中。VSPs的有无、多少及其形态在不同科树木之间及同一科不同属树木之间存在较大差异 ,但在同一属树种之间往往是一致的 ,因此 ,在一定程度上可反映树木的分类特征。
Study on the distribution and form of vegetative storage proteins (VSPs) in temperate hardwoods of 29 species and 2 varieties of 15 families was made by using light microscopy and the method of histochemical staining which is specific to protein.Results show that there are three types of distribution of VSPs in the trees examined:VSPs rich,VSPs poor,and no VSPs.In addition,three different forms of VSPs are detected:protein body like,granular,and floccular VSPs,which distribute in different species or in different cells of the same species.The presence,number and form of vegetative storage proteins are different obviously between different families and between different genera of the same family,but uniform among species of the same genus,suggesting a relationship to some extent with the feature of taxa.
