摘要
目的:研究白鹤藤的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱等手段进行化学成分分离,运用理化性质和波谱数据(MS,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR等)鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白鹤藤氯仿部位得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英萜醇(Ⅰ)、十八醇(Ⅱ)、豆甾醇(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Argyreia acuta Lour. Methods : The compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods, including MS,1H- NMR, 13C-NMR, et al. Results : five compounds were identified as taraxerol( Ⅰ ), stearyl alcohol( Ⅱ ), stigmasterol( Ⅲ ), β-sitosterol ( Ⅳ ) ,β-daucosterol(Ⅴ ). Conclusion : Ⅰ~Ⅴ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
