摘要
目的研究苗药马兰的化学成分。方法利用Sephadex LH-20,硅胶柱色谱和硅胶制备薄层色谱等分离方法反复分离纯化.用各种波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从马兰的乙醇提取部分分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(Ⅰ),木栓醇(Ⅱ),达玛二烯醇乙酸酯(Ⅲ),月桂酸(Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ),脱镁叶绿甲酯酸(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in Kalimeris indica (L.) Sch-Bip. METHODS Compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography, preparative TLC silica gel and Sephadex LH - 20, and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis (NMR, IR,UV, and MS).RESULTS Six compounds were obtained. Their structures were characterized as mominine ( Ⅰ ), friedelan-3-ol (Ⅱ), dammaradienyl acetate ( Ⅲ ), laurie acid ( Ⅳ), β-sitosterol ( Ⅴ ) and methyl phaeophorbide (Ⅵ) ; respectively. CONCLUSION All compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
