摘要
在不同温度(15℃～33℃)和湿度52％～54％条件下,观察土耳其斯坦叶螨Tetranychusturkestani(Ugarov et Nikolski)实验种群的存活率,产卵量和寿命等,组建了实验种群生命表,估测了种群净增殖率(Ro)、内禀增长力(γ_m)、周限增长率(λ)等生殖力参数。
In this paper, The survival rate, fecundity and longevity of Tetranychus turkestani (Ugarov et Nikolski) were observed under different constant temperature and relative humidity (RH) ranging from 15 ℃ to 33 ℃ and 52% to 54 %RH, respectively. Meanwhile the life tables of laboratory population were constructed. The results were obtained such as net reproduction (R0) 、intrinsic rate of increase (rm) and the finite rate of increase (A) and the fecundity parameters which were used as index to indicate the trends of the population dynamics of the pest.
