摘要
目的:探讨综合口腔护理在急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)患者大剂量甲氨蝶呤(HD-MTX)化疗后真菌性口腔炎预防中的应用及临床效果。方法:将86例ALL患者随机分为实验组和对照组各43例,对照组采用常规口腔护理,实验组采用综合口腔护理。比较两组预防真菌性口腔炎的效果。结果:实验组真菌性口腔炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.01),愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合口腔护理对ALL患者应用HD-MTX化疗后真菌性口腔炎的预防效果较好,且能促进口腔炎修复。
Objective ： To explore the application of comprehensive oral care in the prevention of mycotic stomatitis induced by chemo- therapy with high- dose Methotrexate in patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia （ ALL） and investigate the clinical effect. Methods：86 ALL patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group （43 cases in each group）. The conventional oral care was given to the patients in the control group and the comprehensive oral care was implemented in the experimental group jthe effect in the prevention of mycotic stomatitis was compared between the two groups. Results ：The incidence of mycotic stomatitis was lower in the experimental group than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ;the healing time was shorter in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The preventive effect of comprehensive oral care is better in the prevention of mycotic stomatitis induced by chemother- apy with high - dose Methotrexate in patients with ALL.
