摘要
根据高校图书馆绩效考核指标的可度量性、可实现性和针对性原则,采用参考文献法和两轮专家咨询法,运用灰色理论对数据进行统计分析,筛选5个一级指标、17个二级指标,构建成一个较为科学合理的高校图书馆绩效考核指标体系。
A scientific and rational system for the performance assessment indications in academic libraries was constructed in the light of gray theory,by screening 5 class A performance assessment indications and 17 class B performance assessment indications with reference method and double expert consultation method according to the measurable,realizable and targetable principles for the performance assessment indications in academic libraries.
