摘要
62号道岔是我国目前号码最大、侧向通过速度最高的铁路道岔,该大号码高速无砟道岔工艺流程和其他无砟道岔有相近之处,但其构件大,铺设精度要求高,东北高寒环境下施工条件恶劣。如何确保大号码道岔满足高速客运专线高速度、高舒适性、高安全性的要求,如何解决该特大号码道岔的吊装、铺设、精调、混凝土浇筑等诸多技术难题在国内外均无成功经验可以参考。本文针对该道岔轨件长细比大、直侧股铺设精度要求高、铺设地区温差大等技术难点,开展大号码高速无砟道岔铺设技术研究,对确保其整体技术性能具有重要意义。
62# railroad turnout is the largest and the highest speed of side overpass railroad turnout. The technique flow of the large number high speed non ballast railroad turnout is similar with the other non ballast railroad turnout. But it has large component, high demand of laying precision and construction under very cold environment conditions. There are no successful experience to reference at the home and over sea for the large number railroad turnout how to satisfy the high speed, high comfort, high safety of high speed passenger transport special line and how to solve the technique difficulties of hoisting, laying, adjusting exactly, concrete pour of large number railroad turnout. For the large ratio of long and diameter of component of the railroad turnout, high demand of laying precision at straight side and high temperature difference in the laying area, doing research work for the laying technology of large number high speed non ballast railroad turnout. It has important meaning for guarantee the integral technique properties.
