摘要
毛泽东不仅是伟大的革命家、战略家和理论家,还是热衷干部教育的教育家。他热爱教育事业,喜爱教师职业,从20岁起选择了教育事业,读了五年师范,做过两年夜学教员、两年小学教员、一年师范教员、二十多年干校教员,主办工人夜学、一师附小、自修大学、农讲所、苏维埃大学、中央党校、抗大等,一生始终坚持并时刻不忘对干部进行教育。他在长期的教育生涯中,逐步形成关于教师地位、教师作用、教师条件、教师要求等完整的教师观,解决了教师队伍建设的基本问题,对当时或者现在以及未来都有深远的影响。
Mao Zedong is not only a great revolutionist, strategist and theorist, but also an educationist keen on cadre educa- tion. He has deep love for education and teaching profession. He has taken educational career since his twenties, including five years of normal school studying, two years of night school teaching, two years of primary school teaching, one year of normal school teaching and more than twenty years of cadre school teaching. Mao persists in educational career and never for- gets educating cadres in all his lifetime, including sponsoring night schools for workers, primary school affiliated to Changsha First Normal School, colleges, Peasant Movement Institutes, Soviet University, Party School of the CPC Central Commit- tee, Chinese People＇s Anti-Japanese Military and Political Colleges and so on. During his edueational career, Mao has formed integrated views on teachers, teachers＇ positions, teachers＇ functions, teachers＇ qualifications, teachers＇ requirements and so on, which has solved basic problems of teacher team building and has had deep influences all time.
