摘要
选用EcoRⅠ、BamHⅠ、HindⅢ、EcoRⅤ、PvuⅡ、BglⅠ、SmaⅠ和PstⅠ等 8种限制性内切酶 ,对不同地区分离的 3株减蛋综合征 (EDS)病毒进行酶切图谱比较。结果发现 3株毒用前 6种酶切割后产生的片段数及各片段的大小均相同 ,而用SmaⅠ和PstⅠ切割后 ,贵州分离毒HS 1与国际标准毒AV 12 7、南京分离毒GC2 相比 ,多出 1个片段。表明不同地区EDS分离毒的核酸结构基本相同而又略有差异。
DNA restriction maps of three strains of EDS viruses (strain AV 127, isolate Guizhou HS 1, and isolate Nanjing GC 2) were compared by means of eight restriction endonucleases EcoR Ⅰ, BamH Ⅰ,Hind Ⅲ, EcoR Ⅴ, Pvu Ⅱ, Bgl Ⅰ, Sma Ⅰand Pst Ⅰ. It was found that the number and length of the fragments produced by the former six endonucleases were alike. However, in the fragments produced by the latter two enzymes Sma Ⅰ and Pst Ⅰ, the number of the fragments of HS 1 was one more than that the DNA molecular maps of various strains of EDS viruses are very similar, but only slightly different.
