摘要
选用限制性内切酶ＨｉｎｄⅢ、ＥｃｏＲＩ、ＢａｍＨＩ和ＢｇｌⅠ进行鸭源减蛋综合征（ＥＤＳ）病毒（ＪＥ１株）和鸡源ＥＤＳ病毒（ＮＥ４株）的酶切图谱分析，发现鸭源ＥＤＳ病毒的这些酶切片段分别为９，４，４，６条，而鸡源ＥＤＳ病毒（ＮＥ４株）则为１０，４，４，５条，两者的酶切图形和片段大小有些不同，说明ＥＤＳ病毒宿主不同，即使血清型相同，基因型也有差异。
Restriction endonuclease maps of egg drop syndrome viruses (EDSV) from chicken and duck were compared by using four different restriction endonucleases Hind Ⅲ、Eco RI、Bam HI and Bgl Ⅰ. It was found that the DNA of duck isolate (strain JE1) showed 9, 4, 4 and 6 fragments and chicken isolate (strain NE4) showed 10, 4, 4 and 5 fragments. There were some differences in restriction maps and fragments between strain JE1 and strain NE4. It was proven that EDSV of the different hosts had different DNA types even if in EDSV of same serotype.
