摘要
具备良好的创新精神、善于组织和指导学生开展创新性实验、研究性学习的"双师型"教师,是地方性应用型本科院校推行专业综合改革、培养高质量的应用型人才的重要前提,分析"双师型"教师内涵,探索可行的培养途径及其考核评定办法,有利于提高培养成效.
Double qualified teachers, who have good innovative spirit and are good at organizing and directing the students to engage in innovative experiment and research learning, are important prerequisite for local application type universities to implement comprehensive speciality reforms and bring up high- quality practical talents. An analysis of the connotation of double qualified teachers and an exploration of the feasible training ways as well as approaches of examinations and assessments will help improving double qualified teachers' training effectiveness.
