摘要
实训环节是高职院校人才培养的重要过程。为了培养出适应船舶电气专业岗位需求的船舶电气专业人才,通过研究船舶电气专业的实训教学,指出了其现存的不足之处,并结合高职教育理念,从实训教学设备开发、实训室的建设、实训管理模式、实训师资建设等方面提出了关于船舶电气专业实训教学的几点建议。
Practical training link is the important process for talents＇ cultivation in higher vocational colleges. In order to cultivate talents in the major of ship electrical engineering who can adapt to the requirement of this major post, through the study on the teaching of practical training in this major, this paper puts forward the existing deficiencies with the combination of higher vocational education concept. It points out several suggestions on its teaching of practical training from such aspects as the development of practical training teaching equipment, the construction of practical laboratories, practical training management mode and the construction of practical training teaching staff.
