摘要
"四段全程职业化交互成长型"人才培养模式是哈尔滨商业大学旅游烹饪学院探索出的一种创新人才培养模式。在调查研究的基础上,系统地分析了该人才培养模式的内涵和高职酒店管理专业人才培养现状,并结合酒店管理专业的特征和培养目标,阐述了酒店管理专业创新人才培养模式的实践应用。
The talents＇ training mode of ＂four stages whole-process occupation alternating growth＂ is one innovative talents＇ training mode explored by Tourism Cooking College, Harbin University of Commerce. On the basis of survey and study, it analyzes the connotation of this talents＇ training mode systematically and the present condition of talents＇ training in the major of higher vocational hotel management. Combining its characteristics and cultivating goal, it discusses the practical application of innovative talents＇ training mode in this major.
