摘要
构建具有中国特色的现代学徒制人才培养模式首先要考虑将教育制度与劳动制度有效地结合,并在政府、企业、学校和社会四个平台的支持和合作上构建起来。大连海洋大学基于现代学徒制的理论基础,参考国外现代学徒制模式和中国高等职业教育及其他人才培养模式的结构,尝试构建了具有中国特色的高职教育现代学徒制人才培养模式,其由培养目标、培养内容、培养方式和质量评价四个基本部分组成,每个部分涵盖一些实践体系。整个模式的运行由四个平台共同携手推动,在两种制度(教育制度,劳动制度)的结合基础上进行。
Constructing talents' training mode of Chinese characteristics modem apprenticeship firstly should consider the effective combination of education system and labor system, which should be constructed on the support and cooperation of four platforms, including government, enterprise, college and society. Based on the theory of modem apprenticeship, taking the reference of foreign modem apprenticeship mode, Chinese higher vocational education and the structure of other talents' training mode, Dalian Ocean University attempts to construct talents' training mode of Chinese characteristics higher vocational education modem apprenticeship, which is composed of four basic parts, including training goal, training content, training form and quality evaluation, and each part covers some practical system. The operation of the whole mode is driven by four platforms on the basis of two systems' combination.
