摘要
工业园区作为工业用地的重要组成部分,是减少二氧化碳排放量的重要载体。将工业园区内五大类用地作为研究低碳规划的对象,分别建立公式计算各类用地的碳排放量,再综合得出工业园区碳排放计量分析系统,对低碳工业园区规划进行测度控制,从开发利用新型能源及可再生能源、合理科学规划工业园区用地结构、促进工业园区产业链的形成、提高绿地碳汇等方面,提出减少工业园区碳排放的建设目标,建立低碳工业园区规划的评价指标及碳排放计量分析系统框架,探究实现工业园区低碳规划的方法和路径,为建设低碳工业园区提供规划支持和引导。
Industrial park is an important component in reducing carbon emissions.For low-carbon industrial park planning,the five land categories in the industrial park are studied.Calculation models are established respectively in various types of land.Comprehensive carbon emission controlling system is given.To provide support and guild for building low-carbon industrial park planning,the construction of reducing carbon releasing is promoted,ways to achieve a low-carbon planning are found,an analyzing frame system for calculating is constructed.The analysis system is constructed based on the utilization of new energy and renewable energy,well-organized land using,industry chain formatting promotion and increasing green carbon sequestration.
