摘要
应用型人才培养质量评价不仅是高校人才培养过程中的重要环节,更是高校管理和发展的重要依据。目前我国应用型人才评价工作中还存在较多不足,还没有建立起一套专门针对应用型人才的评价体系,极大影响了应用型人才作用的发挥[1]。文章拟从多方面探索应用型人才评价体系的构建,以期对提升应用型人才培养质量起到一点借鉴作用。
The evaluation of the cultivation quality of application oriented talents is not only an important link in the process of fostering qualified graduates,but also a key basis for the management and development of colleges.However,there＇re still many inadequacies in the evaluation of application oriented personnel in our country,and there＇s no relevant and special evaluation system,which influences the role of application oriented personnel greatly.The paper attempted to build the evaluation system for the application oriented personnel under the model of a cooperation between college and enterprise from many aspects so as to improve applied talents＇ ability.
