摘要
实验技术人员队伍建设是实验室建设和提高实验教学质量的保证。随着高校人事制度的改革以及用人门槛的提高,实验技术人员的学历层次也在不断提高。文章通过对新疆师范大学6个理科学院36名实验技术人员的职业生存现状开展调查,分析了产生实验技术人员队伍职业现状的原因。探讨了在高校跨越式发展的形势下,加强实验技术队伍建设,提高实验技术人员整体素质的重要性。并就如何稳定和优化实验技术人员队伍提出了具体的建议。
Constructing experimental technician team is guarantee of the laboratory construction and the enhancement of experiment teaching quality. With the reform of university personnel system, the edu- cation level of laboratory technician has also been rising. Through professional situation investigation of 36 laboratory technicians in six science colleges of our school, this paper analyses the cause of formatting cur- rent situation of laboratory technician. It is discussed how to strengthen experiment technology team con- struction and improve overall quality of the laboratory personnel under the new great--leap--forward de- veloping circumstance of the university. Finally, some proposals have been put forward to stabilize and op- timization experiment technical personnel team.
