摘要
目的了解低位性直肠癌结肠造瘘患者应对方式,探讨干预措施方法。方法给51例低位性直肠癌结肠造瘘患者发放简易应对方式自评量表并分析调查结果。结果 51例直肠癌结肠造瘘患者积极应对维度平均分[(1.07±0.75)分]、消极应对维度平均分[(1.99±0.58)分]分别与全国常模[(1.78±0.52)分、(1.59±0.60)分]比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低位性直肠癌结肠造瘘患者主要应用消极应对方式。医护人员应实施相应的干预措施,以提高患者应用积极应对方式,改善患者的不良心理状况,从而提高其生存质量。
Objective To understand the coping style of low rectal cancer of colon made fistula patients and find in- tervening measure. Methods Fifty-one cases of low rectal cancer of colon made fistula patients were asked to filled in the simple coping style self-rating scale and the results was analyzed by the researcher. Results Compared 51 cases of low rectal cancer of colon made fistula patients＂ average score of positive coping dimension [（1.07±0.75） points] and neg- ative coping dimension [（1.99±0.58）points] to the score of national norm [（1.78±0.52） points] and [（1.59±0.60） points], the differences were all highly statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Low rectal cancer of colon made fistula patients mainly use negative coping style. Medical workers should take relevant intervention measures to encourage the patients to use positive coping style, improve patients＇ psychological state and living quality.
