摘要
目的探讨严重创伤患者的120急救护理方法。方法根据统计数据,研究创伤急救的方法与效果。结果根据不同伤情,给予不同急救护理措施,83例患者中有78例经抢救脱险,抢救成功率为93.98%。结论严重创伤患者的急救要求护理人员技术全面,不但要按照标准操作规程快速、灵活地抢救患者,而且还要具有良好的沟通协调能力和风险意识,从而提高抢救成功率。
Objective To discuss the methods of 120 emergency nursing for severe trauma patients. Methods Accord- ing to the statistics, the methods and effect of trauma emergency were studied. Results According to the different in- jury, different first-aid nursing measures were given, and 78 patients of all 83 cases were out of danger after the emer- gency treatment, the success ratio of rescue was 93.98%. Conclusion The severe trauma emergency requiring versatile paramedic not only need to rescue the patients with the standard operating procedures fast and neatly, but also has the good communication and coordination ability and risk awareness, so as to improve the success rate of rescue.
