摘要
本文分析了院前急救在医疗急救体系中的现存问题,工作人员风险意识薄弱,法律知识不足;急救设备物资风险;医患沟通不到位;工作流程存在一定风险。针对这些问题提出了强化人员法律法规学习;全方位构建院前急救设备物资风险防控;提升急救人员责任心与沟通能力;建立定期的流程改进制度;切实提升急救人员的业务技术水平。通过这些措施,可解决院前急救困境,提升服务质量,保障患者生命安全,构建更专业、高效、有序的急救体系,增强医疗急救体系整体效能。
This article analyzes the existing problems of pre-hospital emergency care in the medical emergency system,such as the weak risk awareness and insufficient legal knowledge of the staff.Risks of emergency equipment and supplies;Inadequate communication between doctor and patients.There are certain risks in the workflow.In response to these issues,it was proposed to strengthen the study of personnel laws and regulations.Comprehensively build a risk prevention and control system for pre-hospital emergency equipment and materials.Enhance the sense of responsibility and communication skills of emergency personnel;Establish a regular process improvement system;Effectively enhance the professional and technical proficiency of emergency personnel.Through these measures,the predicament of pre-hospital emergency care can be resolved,service quality can be improved,patients'lives and safety can be guaranteed,a more professional,efficient and orderly emergency care system can be established,and the overall efficiency of the medical emergency care system can be enhanced.
