摘要
目的探讨黄芩苷抗肝纤维化的作用机制。方法实验采用CCL4复合因素肝纤维化模型,采用免疫组化、ELISA等技术,观察黄芩苷对肝纤维化模型大鼠肝组织损伤和相关细胞因子表达的影响,分析黄芩苷的预防和治疗作用。结果与模型组相比,黄芩苷预防组肝脏损伤及相关细胞因子表达明显改善(P<0.05),黄芩苷治疗组也有不同程度的改善。结论黄芩苷能够减轻肝损伤程度,抑制相关因子TGF-β1、PDGF、TNF-α的表达,对复合因素诱导的大鼠肝纤维化形成有良好的干预作用。
Objective To discuss the mechanism of baicalin resistance of liver fibrosis. Methods The experiment used the CCI~ composite factors of liver fibrosis model, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA technology, to observe the effects of Baicalin on the expression of injury and related cytokines in liver tissues of rat liver fibrosis model, and the preven- tive and therapeutic effect of baicalin was analyzed. Results Compared with the model group, The expressions of relat- ed cytokine and the damage of hepatic tissue significantly improved in Baicalin prevented group (P 〈 0.05); There had different degrees of improvement in Baicalin treatment group. Conclusion Baicalin can reduce the degree of liver in- jury, inhibit the expression of the related factor of TGF-β1、PDGF、TNF-α, , and have a good intervention on hepatic fi- brosis in rats induced by complex factors.
