摘要
扶正祛瘀方对大鼠CCl_4纤维肝模型的预防实验与治疗实验观察结果表明,能降低模型鼠肝羟脯氨酸HyP含量,减轻纤维增生程度。治疗肝炎后肝硬化,能降低患者血清透明质酸(HA)与血清板层素(LM)的含量,对照组则无变化。
Liver fibrosis induced by CC14 in rat models were prevented and treatedby recipes of supporting resistance and eliminating blood stasis. Results showed that it decreased the HyP contents in rat's liver and the severity of fibrotic proliferation. For posthepatitic cirrhosis, it decreased the HA and LM contents but no changes can be observed incontrol group.
