摘要
基于中国酒文化的实际情况,按照文化结构的3个层次,分析了中国酒文化存在的问题及原因,提出以中国酒道引领中国酒文化健康发展,在全社会范围内形成文明饮酒、科学饮酒、健康饮酒的风尚。
Based on the actual situations of Chinese wine culture, the existed problems and their causes were analyzed according to the three levels of cultural structure. It was put forward that Chinese wine ceremony should be advocated to lead healthy development of Chinese wine culture and finally to form the fashion of civilized drinking, scientific drinking and healthy drinking in society.
