摘要 分子筛变温变压吸附技术生产无水乙醇具有能耗低、效率高等优点。介绍了分子筛变温变压吸附技术工艺流程,探讨了工艺控制条件对分子筛吸附能力的影响。通过对分子筛装填技术及安全生产注意事项的总结与整理,希望能给同行提供借鉴和帮助。 Molecular sieve temperature and pressure-changing absorption technology to produce absolute ethanol has the advantages of low energy consumption and high efficiency. In this paper, the processing flow of such technology was introduced, and the effects of technical control con- ditions on the absorption capacity of molecular sieve were discussed. Besides, molecular sieve loading technology and safety production notes were summed up to provide useful reference for others.
