摘要
分子筛具有吸附性、再生性,热稳定性好。将浓度为95%Vol的酒精蒸汽进入分子筛吸附塔,水分子被吸附在分子筛的微孔内并被吸附除去,实现酒气脱水,可得到浓度为99.5%~99.9%Vol的无水酒精。酒精分子筛气相脱水工艺有利于酒精脱水和水分子的脱析,提高吸附脱水效率;可减少设备投资,生产运行耗电少;具有对酒精中色素的去除作用;分子筛可多次重复再生使用。(孙悟)
Molecular sieve has the advantages of good absorbability, reproducibility and heat stability. Alcohol vapor (concentration as 95 %Vol) treated by molecular sieve absorption tower could realize water removal and 99.5 %~99.9 %Vol absolute alcohol was produced. Molecular sieve gas phase dehydration could be used in alcohol dehydration, which could improve absorption dehydration efficiency, reduce equipment investment, and consume less electric energy.
