摘要
对航空武器装备采办项目进行风险管理,是实现装备采办目的与提高装备采办效益、效率的保障。本文针对采办项目全寿命周期不同阶段,进行了风险因素的识别研究,并分析了采办项目的风险来源及不同风险来源引起的各种风险类别。在此基础上提出了航空武器装备采办项目风险规避的具体对策,为采办项目进行有效的风险管理提供了借鉴。
Using risk management in procurement project for aviation weapon equipment is the security to re- alize the purpose and improve the efficiency of equipment procurement. This paper aims at different stages of the whole life cycle for procurement project, using recognition research on risk factors. And analysis the sources of risk for procurement project and other different categories of risk which are cause by them, and on this basis, putting forward the concrete countermeasure for risk aversion on procurement project for aviation weapon equipment and providing the reference.
