摘要
研究了采用生粉为原料进行雾化器转速对干燥产品最终含水量影响。通过以雾化器转速为影响因素,进行实验,探究了雾化器转速对干燥产品最终含水量的影响规律。结果表明:雾化器转速对产品的含水量有一定影响,随着转速的增大,产品的含水量在一定范围内降低,但转速过快会使产品的含水量有升高的趋势。
Sweet potato powder is used as testing material of spray drying to research on the influence of the rotating speed of cen- trifugal atomizer on moisture content(MC) of spray drying products. In the expedment, it is found that the moisture is associated with the rotate speed. The MC lowers within a certain range with the speed increasing.But when the increasing speed is out of the range, the MC maybe turn higher on the contrary.
