摘要
[目的]探索气流式喷雾干燥法制备饲料添加剂中性蛋白酶的最佳条件。[方法]通过对雾化空气压力、进风温度和收集器温度等影响添加剂制备效果的因素进行试验分析,寻找蛋白酶液喷雾干燥工艺的最佳参数。[结果]当雾化空气压力在6kgf/cm^2时,能满足气流式喷雾干燥要求。当固形物含量在5%~10%的料液以20L/h的速度流加时,结合工作效率,进风温度选择在95℃处较佳。收集器内温度为50℃时,酶基本不失活,50℃也是喷雾干燥设备的最佳控制温度。用该控制条件调试,能使25kg/h的喷雾干燥设备的效能达到18—20kg/h,蛋白酶干粉活性能达到喷雾前固形物活性的95%。[结论]该研究为饲料酶添加剂的深入研究提供了依据。
[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the optimum condition of preparing feeding additive neutral protease by pneumatic spray drying method. [ Method ] The factors influencing additive preparation such as nebulizer pressure, inlet air temperature and collector temperature were analyzed through experiments to search for the optimum parameters of protease liquid spray drying technique. [ Result ] When the nebulizer pressure was 6 kgf/cm^2 , it could meet the demand of the pneumatic spray drying. When the solution containing 5% - 10% solids flowed at the rate of 20 L/h, combining with the work efficiency, 95 ℃ was the optimum inlet air temperature. When the collector temperature was 50 ℃, the enzyme was activated and 50 ℃ was also the optimum control temperature of the spray drying equipment. Using the control condition for debugging could increase the efficiency of spray drying equipment from 25 kg/h to 18 -20 kg/h and the activity of protease dry powder reach to 95% of solid activity before spraying. [ Conclusion ] The research provided the basis for the further study on the feeding protease additive.
